International internship opportunities in France, the UAE and the Maldives are offered as part of the programme track and are subject to eligibility and availability at the time of internship placement.
The Master Diploma is a focused 12–18 month professional training programme, while the B.Voc is a 3-year vocational degree that combines academic study with the same hands-on pastry training.
